Accucom, LLC is a construction and development company based in Brevard County Florida and Jackson County North Carolina. Our managing partners have been developing and building for a combined 50 plus years. We are licensed in both Florida and North Carolina and bring a combined knowledge that is second to none. Mountain property can be a tricky place to build a home. No two places are the same. There is nothing worse than paying good money for a nice view lot and then finding out the foundation alone is going to cost two to ten times what the building lot did. You may not be able to get power to your property OR you may not be able to get a septic system to perk. You may wake up one morning after your first mountain snow and find out you can’t get down the mountain, or worse yet, dive 10 hours to find out you can’t get up the mountain. In short, there are a thousand things that can go wrong when building in the mountains and the local construction community would like nothing more than to help you figure a way out of your delimea – and your cash.

If you are buying property without water, septic, power, a road into the property, a house site cut in or a survey, you are taking a big chance. If none of the infrastructure exists, there is probably a reason why. Many people find out there are insurmountable problems too late. You may find a piece of property with everything complete, just to discover you have to buy the property next door to comply with the slope ordinance. Don’t take any chances.
